About Simple Scissors Salon & Spa
We provide beauty and wellness services in a relaxed setting, located in the historic Carriage Works Building in the heart of downtown Janesville. We specialize in advanced hair color, and precision hair cutting and styling, with on-site color and cutting coaches to insure a perfect desired image.
Our stylists are proficient in all areas of the industry and stay current with the ever changing trends by continuously attending classes and shows.
Salon Policies
Spa Environment Our spa is a place of peace and tranquility, designed to provide a relaxing experience. As such, please ensure that cell phone ringers and/or other devices are turned off, maintain quiet conversations and refrain from bringing children into the spa area.
Appointments To ensure timely service to all of our spa guests, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check-in procedures and a full consultation.
Cancellations Should you need to cancel or re-schedule you reservation, please provide 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the full service fee. Late arrival may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining appointment time. (Full service fee will apply.)
Walk-ins are welcome; however, appointments are recommended to reserve your desired time.
Gift Certificates are available and we accept Visa and MasterCard. Gratuities are always appreciated but never expected. We cannot add gratuity when using a credit card.
